Form template
A PDF that already contains AcroForm text fields. NornaForms does not create fields, and rejects XFA forms, encrypted files, signed documents and forms with embedded JavaScript.
CSV data
UTF-8, one row per output copy, at most 100 rows per batch. Quoted values, embedded commas and line breaks are supported.
Mapping
Choose an AcroForm PDF in step 1 and a CSV in step 2 to map fields.
One PDF text field per row. Unmapped fields keep whatever the template already contains.

Placeholders: {{Column name}}, {{#row}} (zero padded),
{{#rownum}}, {{#index}}, {{#total}}. The
.pdf extension is added automatically.

Generate
Available after the row checks pass in step 4.
Options apply to every copy in the batch. Changing one clears the row check, so the rows must be checked again (“Check all rows” in step 4) before generating.

What this tool does not do
- It never uploads anything. There is no network code in this file.
- It does not modify the PDF you load; every copy starts from a fresh copy in memory.
- It does not create form fields, run OCR, read XFA forms, sign or send anything.
- The page drawing above is a measured prediction, not your PDF reader. Download a single row and open it in a reader before a large batch.
