Support
Help is by email. A clear report with versions and steps is the fastest way to a useful answer.
What support covers
Downloads
- Skadira 0.1.0 for Blender 4.5 LTS
- YmirCage 0.1.0 for Blender 4.5 LTS
Bug reports, install problems and questions are welcome. Both were validated on Linux only; reports from Windows and macOS are useful, but those platforms have not been checked yet.
What to include
When asking for help, please include:
- Product and version, for example Skadira 0.1.0.
- Host application and exact version, for example Blender 4.5.14.
- Operating system and version.
- Steps to reproduce: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Any error text, copied as text where possible, or a screenshot made with test data.
If a problem only shows up with a particular file, try to reproduce it in a small new test scene and describe that instead.
What not to send
Support will never ask for credentials. Please never send:
- passwords, API keys, access tokens or any other credentials;
- private customer or client files, or screenshots that show them.
If sensitive material has been sent by mistake, say so in a follow-up message.
Verifying a download
Each ZIP has a published SHA-256 checksum. On Linux, run sha256sum on the downloaded file and compare the output with the value below.
skadira-0.1.0.zip
1e64c12623cf9e7f3652458a5acac06d7bc93640c7e4953ef2ca165ecedb1e28

If the values do not match, do not install the file. Download it again, and report the mismatch if it persists.
Response times
Support is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no service-level agreement and no guaranteed response or fix time.
How your email is handled is described on the privacy page.
