- A saved .blend with an ordinary armature and mesh collection; start with the generated example rigs.
Extract gleipnir_rig-1.0.1-bundle.zip. In Blender 4.5 choose Edit → Preferences → Get Extensions → Install from Disk and select the included gleipnir_rig-1.0.1.zip without extracting that inner ZIP. Open the 3D Viewport sidebar (N) → GleipnirRig.
Compatibility & limits
Blender 4.5 LTS on Linux x64 tested with 4.5.14; Windows/macOS untested. Checks ordinary armature and mesh collections in saved files. Script execution stays disabled, so rig UI scripts and Python drivers need manual review. No guarantee of animation quality or recipient environment. Reports may include local paths.
